When your pet goes missing
This is what the account is really for. Everything below happens from your phone or any browser.
Search Party
Send a lost-pet alert to Emergency Leash members near where your pet went missing, with a photo and an optional reward. They get a digital flyer they can act on.
Printable flyers
Generate a proper lost-pet flyer as a PDF, with up to four photos, the last-seen spot and your reward, then print it or share the link straight to Facebook or WhatsApp.
Nearby shelters and vets EL Plus
A ready-to-call list of the closest shelters and vets with phone numbers and opening hours, emailed to you as a call sheet so you can work down it.
A toll-free line on the tag
Not everyone scans a QR code. Anyone who finds your pet can call 1-800-840-LOVE, key in the tag number, and reach you without ever seeing your details.
Care Circle
Share a pet with family, a sitter or a neighbor. They get the alerts too, and can report your pet missing or found if you are not near your phone.

Walk tracker
Start a walk and the app maps your route, distance, time and pace, and remembers which pet you took. Your first five saved walks are free.

Health Hub EL Plus
Medications, vaccinations with due dates, weight over time and a private document vault. Mark a medication urgent and a finder is told your pet needs it.
Ask EL
An assistant that knows your pets and the app. Ask what to do if one goes missing, or where a setting lives, and it answers with links straight to the right page.

More than one tag
Collar, harness, carrier. Register up to seven tags to the same pet so it does not matter which one they are wearing when they slip out.
