Instant scan alerts
The moment a finder scans the tag, you get an alert with the time, the map pin and whatever contact details they left. Email is free for everyone; members can add text messages.
The App
The tag on the collar is half of it. The other half is the account behind it: scan alerts the moment someone finds your pet, a search party of neighbors, printable flyers, health records, and a walk tracker. It is free with every Emergency Leash.
Free with every tag. No app store required.
Your pets, walks, scan alerts, sightings and Ask EL.
The same account, open in any browser. Nothing to install.
This is what the account is really for. Everything below happens from your phone or any browser.
The moment a finder scans the tag, you get an alert with the time, the map pin and whatever contact details they left. Email is free for everyone; members can add text messages.
Send a lost-pet alert to Emergency Leash members near where your pet went missing, with a photo and an optional reward. They get a digital flyer they can act on.
Generate a proper lost-pet flyer as a PDF, with up to four photos, the last-seen spot and your reward, then print it or share the link straight to Facebook or WhatsApp.
A ready-to-call list of the closest shelters and vets with phone numbers and opening hours, emailed to you as a call sheet so you can work down it.
Not everyone scans a QR code. Anyone who finds your pet can call 1-800-840-LOVE, key in the tag number, and reach you without ever seeing your details.
Share a pet with family, a sitter or a neighbor. They get the alerts too, and can report your pet missing or found if you are not near your phone.
The parts you use when nothing is wrong, which is what keeps the app on your phone for the day something is.
Start a walk and the app maps your route, distance, time and pace, and remembers which pet you took. Your first five saved walks are free.
See coyotes, loose dogs, snakes and possible bait reported near you, pinned where the person was standing. Report what you spot in two taps on your own walk.
Medications, vaccinations with due dates, weight over time and a private document vault. Mark a medication urgent and a finder is told your pet needs it.
An assistant that knows your pets and the app. Ask what to do if one goes missing, or where a setting lives, and it answers with links straight to the right page.
Going away? Hand the alerts to whoever is looking after your pet for a set window. Finders see their name and reach them, not your voicemail abroad.
Collar, harness, carrier. Register up to seven tags to the same pet so it does not matter which one they are wearing when they slip out.
What costs money: the app is free with your tag, and the parts that bring a pet home are never behind a paywall. EL Plus adds the extras marked above, along with text alerts and more photos per pet. You can see the plans inside your account.
Open it in any browser, on a phone or a laptop. Register the tag number on the back of your leash and add your pet.
